Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Provide labor and materials to prepare and repaint cogeneration plant piping per permitted plans and specifications. Work to include surface preparation, protection of adjacent equipment, painting, and any scaffolding required to perform the Work. Work to be performed during work hours and after hours as approved by University Representative. The facility is an active cogeneration plant. Contractor is responsible to schedule required inspections and testing from agency procured by University. Concrete repair work to be performed by others.
