Coffee Shop Operator - Chesterfield Amendment #1

Amendment #1 - Issue Date: September 3, 2025

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified Proposers for a five-year contract to operate a full-service coffee shop in the new Chesterfield Branch at 16400 Burkhardt Place, Chesterfield, MO. The Library is seeking a branded full-service coffee shop that will offer coffee, ice coffee beverages, espresso beverages, pre-made pastries, water, juices, soft drinks, and related retail items (the “Project”).

All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.D.T., on September 8, 2025.

Proposers shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposals and deliver the completed Proposal by email only to Kelli Reeves, Manager, Facilities, kreeves@slcl.org . The email subject line should be “Request for Proposals ? Coffee Shop Operator”.

To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposals, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be emailed only to Kelli Reeves, Manager, Facilities, at kreeves@slcl.org in accordance with this Request for Proposals.

It is anticipated that the Proposals will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the September 29, 2025 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.
