Coffee County Request for Proposal for Debris Removal Services

Coffee County was impacted by Hurricane Helene on September 29, 2024. In order to recover from this disaster and to respond to disaster events in the future, the Coffee County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from experienced contractors for disaster debris removal and disposal services to start no later than November 11, 2024. Companies desiring to provide services can access the Request through the DFS Procurement Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com and the Coffee County website at www.coffee county-ga.gov. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on October 30, 2024 through the DFS Procurement Portal. Award is scheduled for the Board meeting on November 4, 2024 at 9:30 AM in the Commission Meeting Room of the Coffee County Courthouse at 101 Peterson Ave S, Douglas, GA 31533. All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.
