Code Enforcement Landscape Maintenance Inspections & Planning Services

The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept proposals via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg for 2025-RFP-005 , Code Enforcement Landscape Maintenance Inspections & Planning Services to be received no later than Friday, February 21, 2025 , 10:00 am . Proposals submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Village of Schaumburg Community Development Department Code Enforcement Division is seeking qualified landscape maintenance inspector to perform inspections to verify compliance with approved landscape site plans on file with the Village, complaint investigations and inspections, and tree removal permit reviews and inspections. The Planning Division is seeking an inspector to complete landscape acceptance inspections for land development permits and complete amended landscape plan review.
