Code Enforcement Grass Cutting/ Mowing

The City of Pontiac, Michigan, is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide Grass Cutting and Facility Grounds Maintenance Services for privately owned residential and commercial properties. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and insurance necessary to perform the required services in accordance with industry standards and City specifications.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive irregularities, and to award contracts in whole or in part, as deemed in the City’s best interest.
