The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for Code Enforcement Cleaning & Clearing services to be completed at various addresses.
Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date.
The scope of services include, but may not be limited to, the following:
All areas surrounding the work site shall be protected from damage. Repairs resulting from any damage to the surrounding areas will be the responsibility of the awarded bidder(s)
The awarded bidder(s) must coordinate with and advise the Code Enforcement Officer of their work site schedule so that a City representative may be onsite while work is being completed
All work shall be substantially completed within fifteen (15) days of the issued Purchase Order unless otherwise directed by the City
It is the bidder's responsibility to locate, visit, and be familiar with each location and to contact the Code Enforcement Officer prior to bid submission.
Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder or bidders whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, to waive all formalities and award the bid to multiple bidders. |
