Project Description: It is the goal of the County to complete the renovations of the Code Compliance office located at 4057 County Way Road, Cumming, GA 30041. Work includes adding an 8’X10’ office within the large open office area, matching existing hardware and paint, moving and adding electrical, and adding a wall to create a closet area. All work must be completed within 60 days of issuance of Notice to Proceed.
