Cocoplum Stormwater Improvement Phase 2 Project

The purpose of this IFB is to contract with a qualified and experienced firm (“Bidder”) for the improvements of the Stormwater system located along Los Pinos Boulevard between Monaco Street and Cocoplum Road, along Los Pinos Court, along Monaco Street, along Vistalmar Street and along Robles Street. The work generally consists of but is not necessarily limited to the delivering, installing and construction of the Cocoplum Stormwater Improvements Project including the demolition of existing infrastructure, installation of French Drain system of varying sizes, installation of manholes and catch basins, connections to existing stormwater system and outfall, cleaning and testing as required, maintenance of traffic; restoration of area to preconstruction conditions; together with all appurtenant for miscellaneous items and work for a completed project.

All bidders must be pre-qualified under contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services before submitting a bid for this solicitation.
