COCESS, Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store Hurlburt Field, FL

This is a Sources Sought for FA441725R0015 COCESS, Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store, seeking responses to determine interested parties. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to support the storefront located at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contract is responsible for the issues, delivery, and procurement of a variety of material, equipment, parts and supplies for the Self-Help/Tool center.

The contractor will be responsible for performing identified Inventory Technician (InvTech) transactions in TRIRIGA and will require a Common Access Card (CAC) for network access. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide a simplified method for authorized Civil Engineer personnel and Self-Help customers to purchase materials, equipment, and supplies including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, welding, landscaping, HVAC, pipe fittings, liquid fuels maintenance, power production, pest control, wall and floor covering, carpentry, pavement and grounds maintenance and water treatment. The COCESS contract does not replace the use of other contracts that are already established or will be established.

The acquisition will be one 5-year ordering period. The designated NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $47M.

All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package. Interested contractors shall submit a 10 page maximum capabilities package. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirement.
