We invite Contractors to join us for an Industry Days to be held online on March 19th, 2025 at 9:00AM Mountain Time.

The intent of the Industry Days is to provide information about the Coatings and Sealants effort to provide just in time delivery of aerospace coatings, sealants, and technical assistance to support the OO-ALC at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. The OO-ALC supports the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (309 AMXG), 309th Commodities Maintenance Group (309 CMXG), 309th Maintenance Support Group (309 MSXG), and 309th Electronics Maintenance Group (309 EMX. These coatings and sealants support various types of Air Force aircraft undergoing maintenance at Hill AFB.

Industry day goals:

1. Allow government representatives to meet with prospective Contractors


2. Provide deeper understanding of the scope of the contract


3. Communicate Coatings and Sealants requirements


4. Hear and respond to questions from Contractors.

High-Level Agenda:

1. The Meeting will start at 9:00AM Mountain Time on 19 March 2025.


2. USAF Coatings and Sealants Presentation and Open Q&A 9:00AM to 10:00AM.


3. Break 10:00AM-10:30AM


4. One on One Sessions Scheduled with Contractors After 10:30AM.

Instructions:

The Virtual Industry Day session will be led by Government personnel and hosted via a Microsoft Teams meeting. Industry partners are encouraged to use the browser function of MS Teams to ensure compatibility with the Government Teams applications. Industry partners should limit their number of log ins and consolidate its participants as much as possible. Participants will be allowed to ask questions during the open Q&A and during one-on-one sessions. Questions may also be submitted in writing after the Industry Days to the contacts on this announcement.

Companies interested in attending these Industry Days must R.S.V.P via email (with the Subject Line, “Coatings and Sealants Industry Day”), to Ms. Angela Poll at angela.poll@us.af.mil and Jason Neering at jason.neering@us.af.mil no later than close of business 17 March 2025. After the RSVP is received, a link will be provided to join the industry days prior to the event. If a one on one session is requested, a link will be provided for that as well.

Emails shall include the following information: Company Name, Address, UEI or CAGE Code, and Attendee Name(s). Include whether or not your company wants to participate in a one-on-one session and the government will then schedule your 15-30 minute time slot. This session is for questions about the Coatings and Sealants effort. Please write all questions asked in writing during the Industry Days and send to the contacts on this announcement after the Industry Days event is completed. We ask that you limit attendees to no more than three attendees per company.
