The Project will result in coating pipes, equipment, and other items at the Hugh A. Wyckoff Water Treatment Plant (Wyckoff WTP), located at 3728 Mars Hill Road, Acworth, Georgia 30101; the James E. Quarles Water Treatment Plant (Quarles WTP), located at 4402 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia 30068, and the Groover Mountain Pump Station (Groover Mountain PS), located at 1700 East Piedmont Road, Marietta, Georgia 30062.

Mandatory In Person Conference Date

Date: June 16, 2026 at 8:30 AM EDT

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for all Bidders beginning at 8:30 a.m., local time, June 16, 2026, at the James E. Quarles Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Training Room, 4402 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia 30068. A tour of the site to follow. Following the Quarles WTP site visit, all Bidders will visit the Groover Mountain PS and the Wyckoff WTP site. Only Bidders in attendance for the entire Pre-Bid Conference and site visits will be allowed to submit a Bid for the Project.
