Coastal Projects

The City of Boca Raton (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for various coastal projects.

This RFP encompasses the following scope of work: bridge and seawall repairs, coastal enhancements including dock rehabilitation, lifeguard tower replacements, and park facility renovations. It also includes improvements to Red Reef Park and Golf Course restrooms and the pro shop, restroom rehabilitations, and the implementation of the Waterfront Master Plan Project. Key elements of this project range from modifications to Beachfront Park entrances and gatehouses to the construction of the Spanish River Dune Crossover.
