This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the “RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with this RFSQ for eligibility to participate in a subsequent potential invitational Second-stage Request for Proposals process (the “RFP Process”) for the provision of engineering, procurement and construction management services ("EPCM") for the Coal Life Extension Program, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).
