The Housing Authority of the Town of Groton, aka, Groton Housing Authority (GHA) intends to enter into a development partnership with a qualified proposer based on a competitive evaluation of submissions received. The Groton Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms or development teams to undertake the redevelopment and rehabilitation of our sites.
