Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing from qualified contractors for completing water and sewer hookups to the newly installed pre-cast CXT Restrooms. This scope includes connecting 150 ft of water and 100 ft of sewer along with a lift station. See Documents.
No prebid meeting required.

All questions will need to be submitted by email to Sr Buyer Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cn-bus.com. The deadline for questions will be April 16th, by 5pm.
Bids are due on April 18th , 2025 by 1:00PM CST
