NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, September 16, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Building 2553 Renovation located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752516
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on September 9, 2025, at 2553 2nd Ave., Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from the office of the Design Professional, Architecture Plus, Inc. 907 South 21st Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901. Ph: 479-783-8395. Prime Bidders may obtain an electronic set of bid documents by contacting Rachelle Riddle at rriddle@archplusinc.net . Paper copies of the documents will not be issued. No deposit required.
