NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, September 17, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Building 1375 Renovation located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752521
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on September 10, 2025, at 1375 5th Ave., Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Tim A. Risley Architects, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903 479-452-2636. Construction documents will be available for a deposit of $250 per set for General Contractors only - max of two sets. Partial sets will not be allowed. Refunds will be returned if drawings are returned in good condition within 7 days from bid date.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
