NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, May 1, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Building 1481 Post Chapel Renovation located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752506
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on April 24, 2025, building 1481 Post Chapel, Fort Chaffee, AR 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Tim A. Risley Architects, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903 479-452-2636. Construction documents will be available for a deposit of $250 per set for General Contractors only - max of two sets. Partial sets will not be allowed. Refunds will be returned if drawings are returned in good condition within 7 days from bid date.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
