NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, April 16, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Building 1451 Classroom Renovation located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752606
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM, April 9, 2026, at 1451 18th Street, Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Tim A. Risley Architects, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903. 479-452-2636. Construction documents will be available for a deposit of $250 per set for General Contractors only - max of two sets. Partial sets will not be allowed. Refunds will be returned if drawings are returned in good condition within 7 days from bid date.
