USF is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide Conract Manager at Risk Services (CMR) for the construction of two(2) new building on the USF Tampa Campus. There will be two (2) separate LOTS each building will be approximately 80,00-110,000 GSF. Lots for this ITN may be awarded separately to two (2) different firms, or together to the same firm.

Sealed Bids will be received via USF Sourcing Portal until 3:00 PM EST on August 06, 2025. Bids and detailed specifications may be downloaded from the USF Procurement Services web site at: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=USFlorida (Please note this link is not hyperlinked.) Proposers will be required to register and submit bids in the USF Sourcing portal. Invitation to Negotiate will be available to USF at 03:00 P.M. August 06, 2025.

An optional Pre-response will be held via TEAMS on July 23, 2025 at 10AM.  The link to the meeting may be found in the attachment here or in the ITN details on the USF sourcing portal.
