Negotiated Request for Proposal
The City of Medicine Hat invites qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Electric Utility Overhead Cables and Wires. This RFP seeks to secure reliable and high-quality overhead cables for ongoing yearly projects and maintenance needs, as required by the Utility Distribution Department.

Prior to the expiry of the term and subject to mutual agreement of the City and the successful Bidder(s), this contract may be extended for additional periods of one year each, up to a maximum of five (5) additional years. This may be preceded by clarification and/or documents, adjustment, and agreement of unit rates beyond the 1st-year. For clarity, the term of this contract shall not exceed 6 years.
