Description

On 12 August 2026, amendment 0001 was published. The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to provide the below new documents as these are needed for the site visit. You will need to email the forms to Mr. Luke Wasson email: Jonathan.L.Wasson@usace.army.mil by 16:30 today (12 of August 2026). Please note that there are no revised specs or drawings for amendment 0001. The new documents are as follows: B08_AMD 0001_Badge Request Memo Template_W912HN26BA017 AMD0001 and B08_AMD 0001_ AUTHORIZED Secondary Forms of Identification _W912HN26BA017 AMD0001. These documents are in PIEE.



The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, has a new requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a Modernization-New Work construction for CMC Greenspace. This project will provide memorials honoring the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command mission and personnel, as well as provide new landscaping to block views of the industrial functions around the facility. Project work to include renovation of green space around B555, to include site preparation, demolition, new secondary electrical distribution, area lighting and improved landscaping.



THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% COMPETITIVE SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWN SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS CODE 237990- OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION. ALL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWN SMALL BUSINESS RESPONSIBLE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.



SITE VISIT



When:



On 13 AUG 2026 at 9:00 AM. Plan adequate time for the government to perform a background check and to issue a temporary pass. Ensure to inform the access point you are attending a onetime short site visit.



Have on hand a government issued picture real identification, proof of vehicle registration and auto insurance. Visitors are responsible for arriving at the site visit on time.



Where:



Access Robins Air Force Base via Gate 3 Watson Gate/Main Gate Visitor Center off Robins Parkway.



Park vehicle(s) in visitor parking and walk to the Visitors Center for issuance of a visitor pass.



Once you have your visitor's pass, then you will meet in the parking lot next to the project site.
