The City of New Braunfels seeks Competitive Sealed Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for Southeast Library Branch. Solicitation documents may be obtained by going to City of New Braunfels Website: https://city-of-new-braunfels.public-portal.us.workdayspend.com/. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be hosted remotely at 10 a.m. (CST) on December 2, 2025. Remote access via Teams. Instructions are available in the posted solicitation in the link above. All responses must be delivered no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST) on, December 18, 2025. Respondents may submit sealed proposals electronically via Workday at the link above or manually to New Braunfels City Hall; City Secretary Office, ATTN: Purchasing; 550 Landa Street; New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
