Notes	The City of Grapevine is seeking a qualified Construction Management at Risk Firm. The firm must demonstrate that they have the resources, experience and qualifications necessary to provide services in connection with Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) Relocation and Generator placement construction project located at 3600 Fairway Dr. Grapevine, TX 76051. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFP guidelines and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2269. The City of Grapevine must have the RWPS remain operational during the construction process. The CMAR is responsible for creating and enacting Maintenance of Station Operations (MOSO) plans for the project construction at the RWPS. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CT June 25, 2026, through the eBid system. Non-Mandatory Pre-proposal Site Walk June 18, 2026, at 9 a.m., at the following location: City of Grapevine City Hall P&Z Conference Room 200 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051 (Meeting at City Hall with follow up at site) PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BONDS The construction manager shall deliver the bonds not later than the 10th day after the date the CMAR executes the contract unless the CMAR furnishes a bid bond or other financial security acceptable to the City of Grapevine to ensure that the CMAR will furnish the required performance and payment bonds when a guaranteed maximum price is established.
