CMAR New Georgetown WR Facility & Travis WRF Expansion Project - Event No. 12006

The City of Savannah is accepting Request for Proposal from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the New Greenfield Georgetown Water Reclamation Facility and the Travis Field Water Reclamation Facility. Electronic responses will be received until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Only electronic submissions will be accepted through the City of Savannah Purchasing Division supplier portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids.

The name of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah GA 31401.

A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Floyd Adams Complex, 20 Interchange Drive, Savannah, GA 31415 to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise. You are invited to attend.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
