CMAR for Pinal County Administration (STAR) Building

Project Description: The County wishes to engage a qualified contractor to fulfill the role of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Pinal County Administration Building (STAR) project. The STAR building will house multiple County departments including the School Superintendent’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, Assessor’s Office, Recorder’s Office, Office of Budget and Finance, Human Resources Department, Library Administration Department and County Attorney Civil Division. The construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $60 million including furniture, fixtures and equipment and shall be completed within twenty four (24) months upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
