CMAR for New Gym at Park Elementary School

Holbrook Unified School District, #3 is issuing this RFQ seeking Statement of Qualifications for CMAR for New Gym at Park Elementary School . This will be funded using Division of School Facilities, District Funds . Holbrook Unified School District, #3 is located in Navajo County, just off the I-40.

The designated area, on this occupied campus, includes approximately 5,100 square feet allocated for gymnasium facilities and an additional 600 square feet designated for bathroom and storage purposes, in accordance with School Facilities Division MAG compliance standards. The SES for this building was procured under another SFD BRG project. Building materials have not been determined.

The awarded contractor will be asked to give their professional opinion on the viability of alternative structural systems. The district is weighing the viability of load bearing masonry or structural insulated panel systems and the may consider other alternatives while considering the structures longevity, ease of construction, maintenance, energy efficiency, etc.
