Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide design phase services and complete construction for the 30016 - Fire Station 184 Renovation (Project). The CMAR will work with the City's project team made up of, City staff and the Design Team (under a separate City contract).
The Owner’s initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $6M for building and site improvements and is scheduled to commence Winter of 2025. This is an approximate estimate. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
