Phillips-May Corporation as Construction Manager at Risk will be accepting proposals from Subcontractors for the Dallas ISD C. F. Carr Elementary School project.

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM at 1125 Longpoint Ave., Dallas, TX 75247. Proposals are due by Monday, February 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be emailed, or hand delivered to Phillips/May Corporation qt 1125 Longpoint Ave., Dallas, TX 75247.
