CM Services Restoration Ottaway Education Center

The County of Orange (“ County ” or “ Owner ”) seeks proposals from qualified firms in connection with the Restoration Construction of the Ruth and Jim Ottaway Education Center (“ Project ”) to serve as the Project’s Construction Manager.

The aim of the Project is to reconstruct the Ruth and James Ottaway Education Center, which was damaged by a fire. The architectural firm of LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, LLP was awarded a contract for the design of the facility, which will be approximately 2,224 square feet and include a great room, service kitchen, storage area, and restrooms. This Project will be bid to five (5) prime contractors, each of whom will enter into a separate contract with the Owner for the Project. All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning defined in the General Conditions to the RFB for the Project, unless otherwise stated.

Offerors must review all documents attached hereto in detail prior to submitting a proposal hereunder, to familiarize themselves with the expected services, requirements for performance and related terms and conditions.
