CM Services - Replace Mechanical Equipment - Rockefeller Arts Center

The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency – Services for the Replace Mechanical Equipment – Rockefeller Arts Center project at the State University of New York at Fredonia.

The Rockefeller Arts Center is home to the Visual and Performing Arts Program. The Rockefeller Arts Center, constructed in 1969, is a 176,216 GSF five-story building that was last renovated in 1996. The Project will replace mechanical equipment that has exceeded its useful life and provide airflow to occupied areas within the building.

The Project will provide replacement of all air handling units as well as limited upgrades to electrical and ductwork systems. Interior finishes will be replaced to accommodate the installation of new ductwork. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements.

Submissions should emphasize the firm’s significant past experience in providing construction phase CM services for public institutions and institutional clients in a complete and expeditious manner.

The current estimated construction budget is approximately $13,918,000.

SOQs must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund using the link provided in the email received after registration that supplies the RFQ.
