Bordeaux Construction Company, Inc., is accepting proposals from prequalified bidders

for the Piedmont Community College Center for Educational and Agricultural

Development until (2:00pm on March 31, 2026) at 4 Copley Parkway Suite 101

Morrisville, NC 27560. This project is for a 4,700 sq. ft. food storage hub, 1,750 sq. ft

Farm Barn, and 300 sq. ft Utility Wash Station situated across 350,000 square feet of site

development. The project location is in Pelham, NC along Highway 700 with an

estimated construction budget of $8,000,000 to $9,000,000. This new campus is part of

the Agribusiness Technology Program in partnership with 4P Foods, Caswell County

Agriculture Extension Office, Caswell County government, and the Piedmont

Progressive Farmers Cooperative.
