1) Is this an "all or nothing" solicitation? Could portions of the scope be bid/awarded or will only

proposals for a full scope of services be considered?

Prospective bidders are encouraged to identify the services that they are willing/able to perform for the

City of DeFuniak Springs. The services listed under Section 2 - Scope of Services, are a preferable list

that the City would like to see prospective bidders perform, however, the City Council will ultimately

decide which services are needed and which services are not. Therefore, bids should be clear which

services the prospective bidder is willing to perform for the City.

2) Are there specific properties that are ready for sale? If so, please describe.

The City Council has reviewed all city-owned properties and has decided to wait until a Realtor can be

brought on-board, under contract, to help assist staff in identifying which properties are prime

opportunities for the City to sell. However, the one piece of city-owned property that has consistently

been available for sale, and under contract twice, is the “Old City Hall & Annex Building” property.
