The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County, also referred to as Anne Arundel County Public Schools or AACPS, is soliciting proposals for the 2026/2027 school year for a comprehensive textbook/curriculum and digital platform for Cybersecurity. The text/curriculum should align with Computing Technology Industry Association (Comp TIA) and Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) certifications as well as the Maryland Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program of Study standards for Cybersecurity to earn the industry recognized Comp TIA and CCST credentials as well as participate in the Advanced Placement (AP) Cybersecurity exam in the second course. AACPS is seeking a program that has a full complement of universally designed learning opportunities as well as necessary accessibility for multilingual and other learners. This program should have a wealth of primary sources and authentic writing opportunities for teachers to implement.
