The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the new construction of Northwest Middle School in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. The current site is an undeveloped lot located off of U.S. Highway 25 at the intersection of Belvue Road and Robertson Road. For further details, see the Scope of Work section.
