CM at Risk - Fountain Inn ES K8 Conversion - Addition & Renovation

The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide CM at Risk - Fountain Inn ES K8 Conversion - Addition & Renovation for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. District staff will coordinate for these services after award. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 , through the Procurement Portal.

Construction Management Services for the addition of a middle school wing on to the existing elementary school. The addition will also include additional elementary school classrooms to increase the K-5 student capacity. Sitework will include the construction of middle school baseball, softball and soccer fields as well as a track and tennis courts, additional parking areas and a drive loop expansion. Most of the work will take place while the elementary school is operational with disruptive work happening after school hours or during school breaks.
