Cloud Software Subscription – Crowdsourced Geofencing Solutions, LLC

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS/BCA), intend to renew an existing agreement for up to 12 months with Crowdsourced Geofencing Solutions, LLC, Inc. for continued use of their See it, Say it, Send it App, cloud subscription.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension's See It, Say It, Send It app is a statewide public‑safety tip platform that allows residents to report suspected or threatened violence, especially involving schools and places of worship, directly from their mobile devices.

Because Crowdsourced Geofencing Solutions, LLC retains exclusive ownership, copyright and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required software subscription, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through third party entities.
