Cloud Software Licensing - Articulate Global, Articulate 360 Teams

The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services partnering with the Dept. of Agriculture (MDA) intends to renew existing agreement with Articulate Global, LLC. The annual renewal provides cloud software licensing related to MDA’s Articulate 360 Teams subscription. This contract is for a 12-month term.

Articulate 360 Teams is a collaborative e-learning development platform designed for organizations to create, manage, and deliver interactive online training content. The Teams version specifically enhances collaboration by offering shared team slides, centralized user management, group administration controls, and priority support.

Because Articulate Global, LLC retains exclusive ownership, copy right and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a third-party entity.
