Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), in partnership with Minnesota Department of Revenue(DOR), intends to renew their license with Articulate Global, for up to 12 months, for the use of Articulate 360 Teams Plan. Articulate 360 Teams Plan is a cloud-based creator platform for workplace learning that DOR uses to create custom E-learning courses.

MNIT/DOR has determined that this procurement is a single source purchase because Articulate Global is the sole developer of their products and services. Teams Plan provides access to exclusive content developed by MNIT/DOR in Teams Plan that cannot be migrated to another platform without recreating the content and redeveloping MNIT content export processes. Articulate Global retains exclusive ownership rights and does not work with any resellers.
