    Articulate 360 Teams Plan, which includes but not limited to; support services, updates and/or modifications is used by MMB to custom e-Learning courses. Information obtained by Articulate Global, LLC is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services.

    The State believes these services are not available through third­ party entities deeming this a sole source.
