    Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Revenue (DOR), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Articulate Global, LLC for continued, uninterrupted cloud services referred to as Articulate 360 Teams Plan.

    Articulate 360 Teams Plan, which includes but not limited to; support services, updates and/or modifications is used by DOR to custom e-Learning courses. Information obtained by Articulate Global, LLC is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services.

    The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source.
