Cloud-based virtual queuing and scheduling platform – No Wait Inside, LLC

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Corrections (DOC), intends to renew up to 12 mos. with No Wait Inside, LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of No Wait Inside’s cloud-based virtual queuing and scheduling platform. The proposed solution offers a self‑service appointment scheduling capability accessible through smartphones, kiosks, or authorized display interfaces, and includes a virtual waiting room function that allows individuals to remain in remote locations - such as their personal vehicles or designated outdoor areas - until they receive notification that their appointment may commence. It further provides automated and customizable communication through text, email, or telephone alerts to inform individuals of each stage of the appointment process. The solution also incorporates configurable signage and kiosk systems designed to regulate and facilitate on‑site visitor movement, along with a centralized administrative dashboard equipped with integrated reporting tools that enable authorized personnel to monitor, manage, and optimize operational workflows and appointment activities.

No Wait Inside, LLC retains exclusive ownership, copyrights, trademark of their proprietary cloud-based software, maintenance, and support services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
