Description
Project Description: PSTA intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement to provide licensing for an unlimited number of users to host a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based web platform to help PSTA sketch scenarios, estimate costs in real-time, and upload routes via GTFS data format that enables planners and other users to understand the existing demographic profiles of routes and impacts of routing plan options.
