The University of Alaska (UA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide the University of Alaska Anchoragewith a comprehensive cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system for the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) culinary arts lab restaurant. The system shall serve as an educational tool to provide students with hands-on experience using industry-standard restaurant technology while supporting full restaurant operations.
