The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following contractual changes:
1. PD N443295017GK06 is hereby added to the solicitation.
2. PD N443294296GK01 is hereby added to the solicitation.
3. The total quantity of this solicitation is hereby increased by 3 units; from 1 unit to 4 units.
4. The total quantity of this solicitation is 4 units.
5. All terms and conditions remain the same.
This is a SPARES requirement for the items listed in this solicitation.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile,
or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.
The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
