SUMMARY OF WORK: The primary objective of this project is to strategically transform the current layout of the 1st Floor North Annex into a cutting-edge Emergency Operations Center (EOC) while ensuring seamless district functionality during non-emergency periods. This endeavor aims to enhance preparedness and response capabilities through the creation of a state-of-the-art facility.
To achieve this goal, the HVAC design layout will undergo revisions to facilitate the incorporation of new hard-walled offices and suites, optimizing the overall spatial configuration. Additionally, the electrical and lighting systems will be replaced in designated areas to contribute to the establishment of a standardized maintenance inventory for furnishings, finishes, and equipment (FF&E). Simultaneously, the restroom facilities will undergo a reconfiguration, necessitating the installation of new plumbing and fixtures to meet modern standards of efficiency and hygiene.
