This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc4908387143 dated December 3, 2024 with a closing of February 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Natural Resources Canada is issuing this Solicitation of Offers for the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training, preventive maintenance of an environmental test facility of four (4) “walk-in” climatic chambers in order to test residential and small commercial air source heat pumps (ASHPs) under different temperature, humidity and load-based conditions at CanmetENERGY - Varennes Research Center., as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
