Project Description: The project consists of the reconstruction of striping on various streets throughout the City.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2026 Street Striping Project will be received electronically by Clearfield City, through Bonfire before the bid opening date and time. Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor must register as a vendor on Bonfire. Clearfield City is not responsible for vendor accounts or access to Bonfire. The Bidder is encouraged to allow sufficient time for the process when submitting bids.
A public bid opening will be conducted but attending in person will not be possible. Bids will be received until 2:30 pm local time on June 4, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via a live video stream to all participants.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.

No pre-bid conference will be held.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing via Bonfire no later than 5:00 p on May 29, 2026.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable.
