Clearfield City Janitorial Maintenance Services

Project Description: Site Visit
A mandatory site visit for the project will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 9:00am for all interested Contractors to measure and verify square footage.. Site visit will begin at the Customer Service Center in the Clearfield City Hall (55 S. State St.). No variation in price or conditions shall be permitted based upon a claim of ignorance. Submission of a proposal will be considered evidence that the proposer has familiarized himself with the nature and extent of the work, and the equipment, materials, and labor required.
Furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to provide janitorial cleaning services for the following facilities in accordance with the following and the attached instructions, requirements and specifications. Please include a separate proposal amount for each of the following facilities for both a monthly fee and an hourly fee.
