Clear Vista School Sprinkler Upgrade

Full replacement and upgrade of the existing sprinkler system at WRPS's Clear Vista School location, including:

Description of Work
The 'Work' is as described below and otherwise in the Bid Documents.
• The complete replacement of the dry sprinkler system, including all piping, heads, valves, and appurtenances,
• The supply and installation of a new nitrogen generator system
• Removal and repair of walls, ceilings, floors, and surfaces required for the installation, including the restoration of finishes. Where asbestos is present, the work should be done in accordance with Alberta WCB requirements by a qualified asbestos abatement contractor.
• All related electrical work.
• Refer also to Section 01 11 00—Summary of Work in the attached IFT Drawings Specifications
Work is to be phased over 3 years to mitigate the impact on school learning services.
